The Next Three Days was directed by Paul Haggis. This is a drama / thriller / suspense film that came into theaters on the 19th of November 2010. The casts include Russel Crowe, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Neeson, Olivia Wilde, Brian Dennehy, and Jason Beghe.
Lara Brennan got into an argument with her boss. After his death, Lara was falsely convicted for murder. Her husband, John Brennan, struggled with raising their son. After a few years, Lara became suicidal. Their son stops acknowledging her and that was the point when John decided to break Lara out of prison. Getting advice from an ex-convict, John formulated a plan to help Lara escape from prison. Both of them and their son need new passports and visa. They also have to get new security numbers and have lots of money to live life after Lara’s prison break. Will they able to make it? Can their family live a peaceful life after the escape?
The movie has a beautiful and compelling story of how one can go out-of-bounds to save their family. Some scenes will surely have you at edge of your seat. This is a great and enjoyable movie to watch during a quiet night at home.
