My Red Movie Review:
If you’re looking to watch a great action/comedy, then check out this film. RED is the acronym for Retired Extremely Dangerous. I don’t want to give away too much in this review because I don’t want to spoil it for everyone else. In short, a group of ex-CIA reunite, led by Willis’ character to help survive a hit that has been put out on him. We have a star studded cast with performances from Morgan Freeman and John Malkovich.
After the film, you will probably leave the theater still laughing. The action scenes and sequences are great. The acting is superb and the story is unusual, but maintains its integrity. I’m not sure who was responsible for the casting because the combination of characters had a good mix of seriousness and humor. And John Malkovich, need I say more, simply amazing. If you’ve been feeling low and need to lift your spirits, then watch this movie.
