Bad Teacher (2011) is a hilarious comedy movie and is directed by Jake Casdan. It was released on the 24th of June 2011. The star-studded cast includes Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake, John Michel Higgins, Jason Segel, Lucy Punch, Phyllis Smith, Thomas Lennon, and Eric Stonestreet.
The movie is about a cruel, callous and ill-mannered junior high teacher named Elizabeth Halsey (Cameron Diaz). She drinks while in class, do drugs, and can’t wait to marry her rich fiancé just to get rich instantly and could finally leave his spurious job. But the unexpected happens and she was dumped by her sugar daddy. She decides to find a convenient substitute and develops a desperate plan to win his heart. Little does she know that this move will entirely change the rest of her life. It will provide everyone around her a lesson they will never forget.
The overall theme of the movie is comedy which is well represented from start to finish. The actors and actresses superbly played well their role as evidenced by their genuine and real outward emotion and character. This is a good movie portraying the consequences of a habit of making bad choices that is motivated by selfish ambition that at the end, all efforts will only come to nothing.
