If you’re into chick flicks, you may like this movie or you may not. This topic has been covered before. It’s about a middle-aged woman that is coming to terms with her age and realizing that she wants to have a baby. There are a few good scenes in the movie and most of them were actually shown in the trailer, so if that is what got you into the movie theater, then you might be in for a long haul. It just depends on how you’re feeling. The acting wasn’t up to par and could have been improved on. The movie starts out good and with good momentum, but it eventually loses steam and falls a little flat. The humor does seem forced here and a little extreme. This movie may appeal to anyone that is trying to have a baby themselves. Maybe wait for it on DVD if you want to watch this film.
The original from the TV series was a classic. The car chases, the explosive action scenes and even the characters themselves. Who would’ve thought that this 80s show would be put on the big screen? When you go to see a movie like this don’ expect to see an award winning script and plot. Just sit back fasten your seatbelt and let the movie take you to its destination. Make sure you have enough popcorn and drinks and get ready to be entertained. The action is non-stop and they do the original series justice. The gang is also true to the original cast and they even found a character to fill Mr.T’s shoes, Rampage Jackson. Liam Neeson plays Hannibal Smith, “Face is played by Bradley Cooper and Murdock by Sharlto Copley. It does have its downside in that the camera goes in a little close so it’s hard to really get a good glimpse of the fight scenes. The computer generated effects could have been better and seemed a little rushed by animators. Overall still very entertaining and worth taking a glimpse.
If you like the video game Tekken, my suggestion is to just keep playing the game and not to watch this movie. It was worse than watching an aging Jean Claude Van Damme film. I could sit here for hours and take some cheap shots at the film. The story is very shaky and has no real foundation. The characters were very weak, that is they provided poor acting performances. This is one of the worst martial arts movie that I have seen in a long time. It’s movies like this that make me want to stay away from martial arts flicks. The fight scenes were not natural and I found that there were too many cuts for my liking. If you feel the need to watch it, do it, but when it comes out on DVD. I think there are better ways to spend an hour plus of your time.

It is a sure-fire hit that will truly warm your hearts.
This is a remake of the classic Robin Hood. The man who steals from the rich and gives to the poor. This movie was directed by Ridley Scott, the same director of Gladiator. Russell Crowe, plays Robin Hood. He was meant for roles like this where he has to partake in battle scenes and he has to lead an army of men. The story starts really slow and you may doze off for a bit or lose your focus. Ridley Scott does a fairly good job of re-creating a classic in a setting like this. Though the movie starts slow, it really picks up and has some decent battle scenes. The script for the movie could have used some work. The plot was a little diluted and there could have been more character development. Because of this it seems that the characters were a little silent or low key. But if you like medieval films, there is a chance that you may still like this movie.

It is another year in high school, and prom night is the highlight of a teenager’s life. Being a teen has its complications and it all unravels in this special night. Different lives have intertwined. A lot of events unfold and become complicated. In the end, everything has settled down and all the things that transpired find its right course. The cast includes Aimee Teegarden, Thomas McDonell, Nicholas Braun, Yin Chang, Dean Norris, Danielle Campbell, Cameron Monaghan, Raini Rodriguez, Christine Elise, and Nolan Sotillo.
With a bit of drama and comedy, this is one of the best films that both young and old should watch. This movie will give you a glimpse of what prom is all about and how important it is for the younger generation. Young love is in the air, see how it can inspire and motivate a person. This is a feel-good movie that is worth watching.
This film is one of the American products of horror, suspense and supernatural action films from Sony pictures. It is based from a Korean comic and was released last May 13, 2011 nationwide. This is directed by Scott Charles Stewart. Paul bettany played the role of the exiled hero/priest who is on his mission to save her niece from the hands of the vampires.
The movie is quite good, 3D effects were also good. Characters of the movie have played their roles very well. Lily Colins who played Lucy Pace as the priest’ niece is perfect for the role. She has the charisma of the ancient princess in her role. Maggie Q as the priestess possessed also the charm of a warrior, and her fight scenes are not too lousy.
The fight scenes are quite good as well, however, due to the common appearances of the vampire creatures in some other movies which have the same visual appearances like the Legend; they are not very horrible at all. This film might lack some horrible emphasis for the monsters or the vampires. The visual effects were not that surprising at all as people will expect from Hollywood films; it really looked like some Japanese effects of Final fantasy films.
The thrill and suspense are present but lacks the terrible effect for a horror film. In the end, I found this movie suitable for viewers who were just looking for some mediocre suspense films as past time. I am a fan of horror films but my satisfaction rate for this film is just average.
The first Predator movie which starred Arnold Schwarznegger brought together a tightly knit team that boasted high levels of testosterone. Though some of the Predator movies tried to follow the formula of the original, they couldn’t. This movie offers similar hints of following the same formula, it can’t be helped, especially when you are put on a planet full of a species that makes hunting its full time living. Needless to say that this culture would excel at properly hunting their prey. This movie adds its own flavor and changes things up bit and you will see it when you see the movie for yourself. This time around you will see a bunch of actors with much better acting skills. The cinematography is great which does justice to the movies setting. If you like action with a bit of suspense, then this movie is for you. My suggestion is to tone down your expectation level.
